Guidance on how to gain weight or to sustainably lose weight if needed. This includes gaining a comprehensive understanding of you goals, health history and lifestyle. Any advice will be focused on promoting healthy, positive eating experiences and dispelling food myths to ensure that a good relationship with food is built. There’s always a focus on non-scale related wins whether the end goal is to gain or lose weight. Due to personal experience, I am particularly sensitive to those who may have difficult relationships with food and I will help you to improve your relationship around food.
